The loan process is a stressful one and for the majority, one that most folks are not really informed about, which adds to the uncertainty. Mike makes this process seamless, he is always available, willing to spend time and answer all your questions (no matter how dumb they may seem feel or seem). He does so very patiently and more importantly without all the financial jargon that gets folks lost or confused, hence nervous. My husband and I had decided to refinance our home a few months back. Our realtor had suggested we speak with Michael to go over all of our options. Michael was thorough, understanding and we never felt rushed. Even when I wanted to change my mind on the terms, he was completely supportive and went with the flow. After he closed on our house, he even sent us videos on how to get us where we want to be in the future and has periodically checked in on us. He is my top choice for home lending and would recommend him to future buyers.

I will agree with the other review, absolutely horrible. He told us he could help us, even got “creative” and when his plan did not work, bad mouthed us to our own realtor because of his own failure. Based on that we lost a 15k earnest deposit. His main goal was to close us in a specific month so he could compete with his colleagues, when we wouldn’t do that, we were no longer useful to him.
