NO STARS IF I COULD!!!There isn't any type of professionalism in this place. The older spanish lady and the black lady with the glasses is nasty and unprofessional. For them to stand in front of a customer and say he better not come to my window is disgusting. I come her for convenience but I rather just go through the headache of dealing with a crowed bank. You people need a crash course in customer service!

I'm a regular at this place cashing my Paycheck! I come here to cash a small amount of my settlement check and every phone number I gave them they refused! For verification and EVERY NUMBER WAS VALID. They refuse to call only verified by Google. Told me the company is not valid as if my check was fake!. I'm appalled, embarrassed,and insulted. And I'll be filing a complaint. They basically refused me without merit. And i feel this was discrimination at it's finest! Negative 10stars if I could

I went here yesterday and this guy came in yelling and saying he love a young lady who was the teller she has Synthetic braids in her hair light skinned and she was actually smiling as he stayed there yelling he loves her and happy he meet her .Meanwhile I’m in line holding 100 ‘s of thousands and this mfer yelling THEY NEED A ARMED OFFICER ON SITE

This place is terrible. The lobby is dirty. People are always standing outside. I came in the store to do a western union transfer and the agent doesnt have access. Another agent that had access was leaving and didnt care to help us.

Very bad customer service they were closed when u got there at 11 they always open all of a sudden they close now when I asked why is the sign say 24 he they said call coorprate when I asked for the number they hung up in my face horrible service

They are so slow and barely have anyone working at the windows.
