Have been working with metz and Associates for over 15 years. When John Metz ran the operation they were always helpful with educating you in the tax profession. Over the last few years their businesses spiraled downward with customer service. Pricing almost doubled in one year with a very simple tax portfolio. I can continue but finally made the decision to move on. Did not bother the receptionist when I told her. Must be a common occurrence. Good luck!
Allen, I hope you can understand that the salaries that we pay our team members increases on an annual basis along with many of our other costs of doing business. Additionally, we now do expanded benefits for team members which were not available in the past when you first started. As much as we would love to never have to update our pricing we are unfortunately unable to do that and continue operating.
