These guys are always great and I have worked with them in the past and will continue in the future when necessary.

I have used a number of title companies over the years, and most were not a positive experience. Metro Title turned around my attitude immediately. They have multiple locations to choose from, and their agents really took care of my needs. I highly recommend this group.

This Company should NOT be in business. They have kept the money from the sell of my home for a year. The attorney, Blake REFUSES to return my calls. I have been given a run around like a bunch of stupid uneducated people that have no idea how to do their job. I am having to take Court action to get my money returned. In the mean time they have made a great deal of money in interest by keeping it.

They have a really great title insurance calculator! From start to finish, I loved working with this Metro Title. I have tried a few others in the past, and none of them compared.

Generally disappointing experience facilitating a 1031 exchange. They provided limited expert advice and, more importantly, refused to take responsibility for providing the wrong loan amount to our financing bank, a mistake that led to us paying more in processing fees for our loan. Careless and unprofessional, not what you would expect from a title company.

Not all Title companies are created equal. Once you find something that works for you stick with it. I loved working with Metro. Very smart team!!
