They don’t help you with fraud issue they instead provide you with a 1877 number to call. when you call the wait 40 minutes to get in contact with someone and they do not have a Spanish line to assist customer with their primary language! If They have a branch in a diverse city (like Lawrence) they must provide Spanish speaking representatives. I called for my 3 times and they kept on transferring me and getting disconnected! Closing the account ASAP!!

I do not recommend going to Lawrence for any wire transfers . I went in to Initiate a wire transfer which also had a $25 fee and hours later it’s still not completed . There excuse was “ it’s still processing “

Have been very irritated latley due to covid restrictions. However. The atm is actually working better now (finally) and the lady who let me in to use the coinstar today was very courteous and pleasant. Kindness and attention brought this review from 2 to 4 stars.

I been a member for a long time and to be honest I have enough with this bank all the time I used the phone banking I wait 40 minutes to speak with a person the keep playing that stupid music till the point you get annoying and hang up

Unfortunately I must say Michelle not sure what her title is if IT'S branch manager or WHAT. But she is Extremely VERY RUDE!!! You go in the branch for certain things that headquarters says they'll provide and off the back. With attitude WE DON'T GIVE THAT OUT HERE. IvI' worked in customer service and that is not how you treat old or new customers. She thought I didn't understand English I assume. Surprise I do and did notice you attitude in your voice and body language. I rather take my business to another branch or another credit union. Very disappointed!

Drive thru teller is abysmal.. slow, slow, slow. People fill out slips when they drive up rather than ahead of time. Should have a box in the line with slips and instructions that they need to be filled out before getting to the window. They need a location in methuen or haverhill.

Great staff and services but the only down side is that they have about 6-8 Windows but would only have 2-3 people at them, don't get me wrong its a great place, it's just that when I go into a bank o expect to be in and out right way.

Customer support is non existent. Don't bother calling any branch. You will be on hold for hours and still not have your call answered. I tried emailing....no success.
