I’m not even sure where to begin! Doug has been working with us for about a year! We started with one property and then changed our minds and decided on another one. From the beginning, he took his time explaining details and everthing that was needed and necessary to make our transaction happen. He was incredible with his communication with us, he was patient, he was detailed, he was kind and most of all….he made our dream come true happen!!! Even when things would come up that could cause a complication, he was extremely helpful and informative. He never gave up, he never was discouraged, he always made us feel that everything would be fine! And guess what!!! Everything worked out and we are in our beautiful home! Thank you, Doug for believing in us and taking care of us!!! YOU ARE AMAZING!!!❤️

Doug was great! We just closed on a house today thanks to his hard work. He was honest and upfront about our situation from the beginning. He worked with us even after we received an approval from another lender and provided insight and help after that lender fell through and made the transition seamless. He managed to pull together everything we needed and kept us in the loop on where everything was in the process and what we needed to be doing. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to buy a house.

Doug was great to work with. He definitely puts in the time and effort to make sure all requirements are met, and everything is processed in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

ALERT! If you are on the selling end of a real estate transaction with this firm and they are using a VA loan-DO NOT spend any money on home repairs until the APPRAISAL has been completed. You should insist that the appraisal be completed immediately after signing the contract. Here is what happened to us: our buyer used Doug Weaver at this company to process their VA loan. We got inspected right away. We spent $2,000 on repairs which was really nice of us considering our home was in awesome shape. We also had a close date of 7-12. Well, if we are closing 7-12, guess what? WE NEED TO MOVE OUT!!! But, the appraisal had not yet been completed. Doug ordered it “late” and the appraiser sat on it for 10 days because it was a VA LOAN and they have 10 days to complete them. Apparently they get paid less for these appraisals so they are in no rush to complete them. The appraisal was not completed until 2 days before scheduled close!!! And lo and behold, guess what happened??? The house did not appraise!!! How surprising is that? Well not very since we were told after the fact that VA loan appraisals often come back lower because: god forbid our veterans over pay for their home loans. We had a choice: pull the plug or eat it. Since we had moved out already we chose to eat it. Moral of the story: had Doug done his job and ordered the appraisal when he should have, we would have not moved out, pulled the plug, and put the house back up on the market. I guess SELLER BEWARE is the moral of this story.
