It was an odd visit, after diagnosing my car, which was an older Mercedes, and drawing a conclusion that I couldn't afford to pay for the pricey, repairs, they forgot one thing, the future. What they didn't known is I'm researching the RS 3 Audi and currently own an Audi, I'm looking to buy a new Audi in August 2018, and a new C 43 by fall, but forget the Mercedes. I've driven cars well over Mercedes luxury line which I don't have to mention. This dealership not once try to even mention a new Mercedes sell, but I guess business is that lucrative, so I'm buying two Audis by fall.

WOW has the this dealership changed for the worse , we have made several purchases over the years & was in the market for another car and find the sales team not the same, with the lack of follow up & the lack of professionalism and price haggling it feels like I'm dealing with a cheap used car dealership on some back road than with a Mercedes dealership. Looks like they are out for that 1 time sale with a big score rather than building a relationship with the customer like they used to, very sad don't know that happened to the place

Our call records show that the sales team reached out to you 12 times since June so I'm a little confused on the lack of follow up comment. I would like once again to thank Bill and Scott at the service department of Mercedes of Newton; in short, I was out of state for a month on business in an area with no close Mercedes dealers when a service light came on. Trying to help, my co workers referred me to a local mechanic that they trusted; bottom line is it cost me a few hundred dollars for him to tell me he could not figure it out. On return I showed Bill and Scott a picture of the light and within a few minutes a Mercedes technician came out, greated me and asked if he could look at my car. This guy knew exactly, within minutes what was wrong with my car and shortly I was out the door in a loaner Mercedes and driving my car a few days later. To make this even better it was a warranty covered issue. The service department at Mercedes of Newton is one big reason I will buy my next Mercedes here. William Clark, a 20 year Mercedes owner.

Gave me a price that what ludicrous for a lease wanting $7k down and almost $600 a month for a 10,000 mile a year, 36 month lease. I asked if there were specials on the c-300 they said no even though there was a special on their website. Now 5 months later after purchasing from a different dealer I have received 6 calls minimum from the dealership asking if I am still interested. After the third call I had had it. Now we are on cal 6-7 always around dinner. I shouldn’t have to request more than twice at the most to be removed from your calling list. I was a dealer. I calculated the cost of the c300 and Ray Catena of Union (mike) made me a deal for a 36 month lease with 2k down, 15k per year miles and was comparing apples to apples with a price of $489 per month this past August.

This dealership service charges are through the roof!! I came in for Service A and they charged me $150 over the price I normally pay at a different dealership. They are also not upfront about the hidden fees ($7) misc charge for paper towels! The service lady not pleasant. Not coming back here.
We're sorry to hear you were not happy with your service. Unfortunately prior to any service work being done, all customers are required to sign off on the estimate. If you weren't happy at that point you should have spoken up. Once the work on the vehicle has been started it's tough to stop the job. Linda tried her best to work with you and to be honest she is an outstanding asset to the dealership. I've never heard anyone say one bad word about her. Again I apologize for your dissatisfaction.

Overall, the best car buying experience we have ever had! Keith, Moe, Sandy and Jason went above and beyond our expectations. They helped my husband and I purchase our first Mercedes-Benz with ease. Our CLA 250 4MATIC came with the AMG sport package and it is one classy car. The handling and safety is remarkable. We highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Newton to anyone looking for an elegant car with a stress-free buying experience.

I went there to buy car. The car I wanted was in “high demand” I was in couple other dealerships and they asked outrageous 10,000 over MSRP. So before going in here I gave a call and asked if they have same kind of thing there, since trip was going to be long. They said yes it’s all good. When I came in salesperson was helpful with good attitude. But manager started asking tons of questions. I DONT WANT YOUR DAMN GREY CAR! He told me some useless stuff about demand of car again and asked 10000 and said to go home. I called them before coming and told everything about myself SPECIFICALLY TO NOT WASTE ANY TIME. Very disappointed.
I'm sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with Intercar. Unfortunately, there are always two sides to every story and based on the circumstances we were not able to make this sale happen.

I would never waste my time with this dealership. They sent us on a test drive with someone highly inexperienced. Manager was rude. No one greeted us. They didn't have the car t day. Absolutely the worst. Do yourself a favor don't buy from this dealership. Don't be fooled. I'd like to tell the news station how they treated us. What a disgrace. #metoomovement. Ladies don't buy from here! Abusive people.
Whether you realize it or not, Mercedes-Benz of Newton is ran by a female. She not only runs 1, but two dealerships in the area. A female General Manager is certainly not common in this industry, so your comment regarding "ladies don't buy here" is absurd and completely out of line. We treat all customers the same. In addition, on a consistent basis, Mercedes-Benz of Newton ranks among the top 5 Mercedes-Benz Dealerships nationally for it's customer service. We have been in business for over 44 years and this is not how we run our operations. If you'd like to not be so secretive and give us your name, we can look into your comments, but no customer has left here unhappy or mistreated, if anything it's just the opposite. We take pride in everything we do and it's a shame that anyone can go on-line and write false statements regarding a business.
