Mercantile Bank of Michigan W Main St, Lowell

This community bank provides outstanding service plus has a great and friendly staff providing quick and no hassle service. Have been a customer for more than 20 years and they always have provided 5 star service. Just had experience which Eric their branch manager who went above and beyond their usual service level which saved me both time and money:)

My daughter had a big issue with a debit card getting scammed just before going mostly off grid. No way she could have replaced it from her location. The bank manager was Sooooo helpful getting a new one out asap. He was very careful with all of our security needs and info. Can’t thank them enough for making this as painless as possible. The people at this bank have always been the best.

I have been banking at this location for over 8 years. The staff they have currently is always so friendly and helpful. They know who I am by name when I walk in and it’s just a good environment. My debit card locked up and they helped me figure out what happened. Definitely would recommend this bank to friends and family.

Absolutely horrible service. Eric the manager at the Lowell branch basically told me not our problem when they cancelled my debit card immediately after suspicious activity was found on it. I use my debit card for everything. Obviously 14 days later as this happened on April 21, still no card and now I have late payment fees because of how slow this process is. Will be cancelling all accounts here soon once I get another bank set up. Never again from what used to be a great bank when it was ICNB. To add on to this because I complained, Eric himself personally cancelled my account and sent the money I had to me without me being able to pay my loan odd with it. Again he quoted "not my problem"

I have banked here for years, and love it. But service is so slow its ridiculous sad. Bring a lunch if you do drive thru in Lowell

This bank is amazing! All the staff is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. As an added bonus they always give my dog a cookie.

Literally the nicest women that work here I was trying to get some change and they were so positive and helpful!!! :)
