Mrs. Cora, located at the Bartlett branch, was very helpful during my call. She showed a great deal of knowledge about every question I asked. She was very sweet and passionate. Thank you MCECU for hiring dedicated employees like her.

Never had a bad experience with the credit union after being a member for over 20 years until recently. So frustrated after the situation and didn't remember her name. But she was an older female white teller.. After telling her I needed another account and adding a person on that account she told me the other person would have to be the primary on the account. After asking her additional questions why, her customer service skills and attitude was awful. I started to just go to my normal credit union.

This is the worst bank in Bartlett. The employees could care less about their customers.

Recently used Memphis Employees Credit Union to finance a vehicle for one of their customers. I can not praise them enough, especially Gabrielle Ordonez. She was a pleasure to work with and made everything smooth and easy. Would recommend her and this business to anyone. She is an asset to the company and to their members. Thank you, Gabrielle.
