Honestly don't listen to the reviews idk why there's not a 5 star rating on this place I was with Affinity Plus in Grand Rapids Mn and the front desk people and window clerks became very trashy and just horrible to even engage with I personally hated rolling up to the window of that place just to do some simple bills or loans came to members and HOLLY Sh!# there awesome super nice to me and my family always helpful never had a person at the window not willing to help smile or engage with awesome communication skills love this place happy im with this credit union and the online banking part is fast easy and super helpful if you need help with live video support 😀 from there branch workers and no im not a sales man trying to sell you this really great place I'm looking forward to dealing more with them them and what they have to offer thank you all at Members Credit Union 10/10 they are great! 110% customer service all day!

This Credit Union is HORRIBLE. They steal your money, and their management is RUDE. I've pulled my business account from here, and will be pulling my personal accounts as well. I suggest you find a safer alternative for your financial resources.

Staff phenomenal, great, and friendly. I will not be returning or should I recommend anyone do so i recently closed a loan with them but they overdrew one more time on my bike loan even though it was canceled. Apparently I couldn't unlink my bank fast enough before they got there hands on the money so I need to wait to close all accounts until it returns my money for withdrawal. So a nice surprise was seeing that the 5 measly dollars in the savings account to keep it open was withdrawn becasue of low funds so it was a fee. Thanks for the heads up teller... give me the money back for the bike...

Daniel Gillman assisted me with both finalizing a loan to purchase a UTV and refinancing my auto loan. His assistance came in a very timely matter (on a Saturday morning none the less) so I could finalize a purchase the same day. He made the entire loan process very simple and the logistics easy to understand. While assisting with the loan process he discovered I could refinance my auto loan for a much lower interest rate through MCCU. After a few short emails my truck was refinanced, resulting in a lower monthly payment and a lower interest rate. Daniel is very personable and makes himself readily available for any questions or concerns. I had never worked with Daniel before, but if the opportunity presents itself in the future I will not hesitate. I would strongly recommend him for any banking assistance or questions. It is because of people like Daniel that I have chosen to bank at MCCU for the last 10+ years and will continue to do so. Thanks again, Daniel!

Great rates and exceptional service. Heathyr is wonderful to work with. She explained the loan and refinance process very well guiding us step-by-step savings us thousands of dollars by moving our loans to MCCU. I couldn't be happier.

I wish I would have tried to find a different company to get an auto loan through. Not only is it difficult to get a hold of someone, but when you do it seems like you're asking ridiculously hard questions that they should know since it's their job. Also, I tried to make a larger one time payment on my loan....they wanted a $15 fee to process the card, $12 fee to make a payment online/on the app (which is also extremely annoying to get set up). I do not recommend going through this credit union!

They have to be the worst bank I have ever worked with. I have an auto loan with them. Missed a payment and on unpaid medical leave. Have a major surgery coming up and they won't work with me. They basically told me to get them their money in 4 days or they would repossess my car. What a bunch of BS!!! I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone.

Must be time to move to affinity plus. Had to get a new debit card 3 time in the last few months because of fraudulent charges. At least they called on that. But the rest I'm done with. Not getting back to your customers and blocking you online account for no reason I've had enough. Might be a pain to switch credit unions but I'm sure it's worth it.

So let me start by stating I having traveled the world and lived all over, I have been a member of at least 6 different credit unions. Members by far is the worst I have ever been associated with. When they were Lakes area they did not seem to be that bad, but when members took over the nickle and diming began. They seem to invent charges. From the ATM service charge to if you happen to be overdrawn by a nickle then here comes the $27 overdraft charge, no mercy. Then there is the difficulty of trying to get a hold of someone and when you do they appear to be clueless. They seem more like a regular bank and not a credit union. I have changed all my direct deposits to my new bank USAA. Not a credit union but a bank without a bunch of weird charges. I am moving on!
