    Absolutely the worse bank!!! We have been with them for 3 years and have a business account. Their agents lie and about the cancellation of debit cards. My husband and I have had our debit cards put on hold/cancelled over 40 times. They say that they were doing a favor by cancelling them as Mastercard noticed fraud. Unfortunately, when you have a recurring transaction it is not fraud. I could understand if they took the time to contact you to let you know what they are doing. No, they just cancel your cards and then say they are sorry, not caring at all about having to update creditors. We have had enough with the lies and lack of customer service.

    STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I called the branch about some activity I didn’t recognize. They told me they would put in a dispute for me and investigate. They told me it would take 30-45 days for the investigation to be over. The very next day I get an email saying that the investigation was over and there was nothing they could do. What is the point of a bank if they can’t help you with things like this. And the same thing happened a year ago and they were still no help. I’m gonna close my accounts with them. This bank is not here for their customers. I would avoid opening an account with them at all. From my card getting locked randomly and always needing to call the bank to what I talked about above. I am done.

    I bank with member choice and today was the worst experience I ever had with Customer service. Ashley did not give a Pleasant approach. She was awfully rude! I went to refinance my car before with no problem. I only sat down for no more than 3 minutes and Ashley was horrible she was explaining all the reasons why I wouldn’t get approved but yet already refinance a car there before. The manager at this location please Retrain her on her customer service. Because she does not belong there helping people!!!!!!

    I recently opened an account with this bank and the same day that I made a deposit they charged me two overdraft fees. I called customer service and told me that if I came into a branch, a manager could credit both of them back since it was my first time and they both posted on the same day I made the deposit. So I go to a branch and Mary Alice McManus tells me, “well then, why didn’t HER manager do it?” I told her she said only a branch manager was able to because the deposit posted afterwards, to which she replied “that’s me, I am the manager and you signed a paper saying we could charge you when you first opened the account so I will only credit one.” I asked for that service to be removed because she explained to me that the bank simply wouldn’t allow the transaction to go through if there weren’t enough funds and only the merchant would charge if there was a returned payment. After signing for the service to be removed, she contradicts herself and tells me to be careful because now I can get charged by both the bank and the merchant in case of a returned payment because the bank will still let some transactions go through. That’s what I had asked in the first place but I did not have the energy to go back and forth with her unhelpful self. I wouldn’t recommend this bank just based the customer service from who represents the branch as the manager.

    I have been with MCCU since 2017, they have always had great customer service but I have notice in the last 3 months their customer service is going down every time I go to the two main branches that I use the turn over of employees is so obvious and I feel the employees are not friendly at all. They greet you then nothing, no eye contact sign here Thank you. I guess that is getting us ready for ROBOTS. The morals seem pretty low. I pray the customer service gets better and MCCU check on your employees maybe your TURNOVER won't be so high js.

    I was having the craziest day from running to the DPS office and to multiple MCCU’s. I would like to thank God for someone like Jose Liu! He is the type of employee that’s organized, knowledgeable, content, and outstanding. This guy was almost off and had a few days off after dealing with me and wanted to get all my paperwork before I left. He seriously bent over backwards to help me, I really felt blessed today. I came home to share the news with my husband that my loan was approved and now we can pick up my new car this weekend. Seriously, I’m so glad I was referred to him by Michael from the Cypress branch.

    I have been banking here for about 4 years and I not once had a problem with them! The tellers are friendly and fast. Customer service over the phone is fast . I have banked with chase and Wells Fargo but I will never go back to them! Members Choice has low fees and easy online app to use.

    I had such a great experience at this Members Choice branch! Jose Liu who is the loan officer at this branch had excellent customer service and was able to give me additional help in areas that I didn't even know was an option for me. He also saved me a big chunk of change! Thank you so much for helping to positively change lives!

    Super friendly service. The fact that customer service in banks are rare to none, at Members Choice Credit Union you do not have to worry about dealing with strictly ATM machines. There are always staff available at your service.
