    Love this branch! Awesome customer service that knows me by name when I walk in. No, there’s no drive through teller. However, I haven’t found a single task I couldn’t complete between the ATM and the mobile app while the bank was closed during COVID. 9/10 times now, I choose to walk in and say hey to the sweet ladies that run the branch! But if I get there after hours, the atm can handle my deposits just fine.

    Been a Member One Member for several years. Several Loans and such. After today's visit I can see where my money is going. I pulled in to make a car Payment and thought I would go thru the drive thru. Very nice building. but no drive thru,. Lobby closed and only ATM. So no customer service at this location. What bank that states they are about customer service, builds a bank where no customers can be attended to. After driving to one of their smallest location on 460 I was waited on. A bank with no Drive Thru and no lobby open, why have a branch at all.

However, due to COVID concerns and to help protect both our members and our employees, we have chosen to only open the lobbies of a select few of our retail center locations. We are sorry that you were not able to be served in the most convenient manner on your visit, and we hope you know that top notch member service continues to be a top priority for our Credit Union. We hope to be able to open our doors wide to all members very soon, but only when we feel it is safe to do so. Again, thank you for your membership!

    Beautiful building, when first opened thought it was great. Great customer service, but when covid hit, only atm. Why did you open a Member One without a drive through that could at least function while closed? People here want convenience & a credit union that is open for them not drive all the way into town. I thought that was the purpose to open in our part of the county. At least my Mother In Law’s credit union is open in Christiansburg to walk in people & drive through is open. What a pity.

    The so-called drive thru is ONLY ATM. During pandemic this location is useless for any banking needs. Have to drive all the way to 460/Orange Ave.

    I went to make a payment and much to my surprise no drive thru. And the lobby was closed. I understand with covid why but I also work for a financial institution and we will let customers in if needed.
