    This is the 2nd time I have been to a McLarty delaership (other was the Ford dealership). Both experiences left more than a distaste in my mouth. One salesman was nice ( wish I could remember his name) but the salesman and manager after acted like complete a@$'s. Pushy, did not listen to anything we said, and then the salesman man tried to turn my wife against what I was trying to say (ie I will think about it over night, so he start asking my wife if she really wants it right now) Against my better judgement I gave this dealer chain a 2nd shot. Never again I will make the drive to go anywhere else.

    I went over there because they had a Rogue i wanted to look at. I parked and walked by 4 employees (2 were just talking in a golf cart) not a single person even talked to me, let alone helped me find the vehicle I was looking for. The only reason they get 2 Stars is because they had an okay selection and ultimately that's where my car came from I just had it sent to the Colonel Glenn location.

    On 4-12-16 I signed up for the internet pricing on a 1997 Nissan Altima. I received a 15 day certificate guaranteeing the price of $1996 for 15 days. I called on 4-14-16 to advise McClarty I would be there first thing on the morning of 4-15-16 to view, and most likely purchase the car. At that point, I was advised that the car would now be priced at $2,900 due to a water pump being recently installed on the vehicle. It was later lowered to $2,600 after I voiced my concerns. Most dealers I have dealt with in the past honor the pricing they give to their customers. In this case, I was given a price guarantee certificate. As of this writing it is still listed on their website for $1996. It is very difficult to trust a dealer who does not honor their own pricing certificates!

    My car broke down while at the hospital seeing my dad and had to get back to my new job in Tulsa, Ok. Needless to say, I was under a lot of stress. By the time we figured out that I would not be able to drive my car and would need a rental, it was closing time for the rental company. Before I knew what was going on, Renaye in service set up my rental and had them coming to pick me up. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was without my car for nearly a month. When it was finally done, Renaye went above and beyond by driving 2.5 hours to make sure I had my car back. The situation could have been much different had she not advocated for me to get things taken care of.

    My first car I bought from Nissan was back in 2008 and it was a young man there by the name of George when I went back this time and I got a 2019 Altima mr.     David Surgine I worked with ur wife for years and expected a good experience the staff was great. Within 7 days I had a blowout on a tire and noticed they were all bad. I paid cash expected a deal and that wasn't going to happen. I will never buy any car from yall again

    I have not worked for Enterprise for 2 years now and have asked repeatedly for yall to take my number off of your call list. Yet, I still get calls and texts saying my vehicle is ready. Until you can remove my number, I am going to leave a negative review each time you ask for feedback.
