Avoid at all cost, toby is always away from office, he never answers the phone only his assistant, and they always promise a call back, that never happens. Has been almost 3 months and have not heard or received my taxes, Ive gone to his office mutiple times and hes never there, ive been calling almost every day, and goes to voice mail. my last option is to report him and his license to the irs or the bbc. Again avoid McDaniel taxes at all cost, unless you want him to take your money, and for him to never send your taxes out and ignore all your calls.

Complete scammer. Do NOT go unless you want to be audited. The reviews don't lie.. and then he will ignore you and leave you alone to deal with the IRS. This company needs to be shut down.

I have to wonder what made you leave this review since it's been 10 years since you had an associate (not I) do a return for you. Maybe you just got released? At first I couldn't see why someone making $17k per year would even have someone do their taxes. Then it jumped out at me and before replying I double checked and the paper that you signed saying that you were a college student is there. But you've not been to college have you? Extremely dishonest of you....
