Don’t buy from here! It took 3 months to get my paperwork to get a license plate for an out of state vehicle. Then they said they would reimburse me for the registration fees and did not!!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable sales people. This is the second time I have dealt with the people at McConnell Automotive and the experience was beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

Service Department is unprofessional, and apparently not as skilled as those at Bay Chevrolet. McConnell (Charles Primm) refused to do a GM Service bulletin (regarding a large fuel leak) on my vehicle, said they didn't want to chance breaking something else on the vehicle while performing the work and being stuck paying for repairs not covered by the recall.. Bay Chevrolet did the job with no problem and were very courteous

The salesman Chris was terrible. Valued my brothers car at rough trade in he wouldnt negotiate after I pulled the NADA value up so we politely left. Chris called 15 minutes later telling my brother he would come up on the trade value but to leave me at home cause "they dont play no games" sorry sir but you do.

Dan was very helpful and did a fantastic job throughout the sales process. He went above and beyond even delivering my new vehicle (an hour and a half away) at 8:30 pm.

2015 GMC Yukon, 74000 miles, #7 lifter replaced, lifter replacement was covered under powertrain warranty, BARELY. Two days later, ough idle and rough acceleration. Would not honor warranty on previous work stating unrelated issue. I'm less than 2000 miles outside of my mileage warranty. Dealership reached out to GM but manufacturer wouldn't assist dealership with repair to boot. Now alleging #6 fuel injector. Buyer beware. Poor quality. Better pay extra for a good warranty! I will never purchase another GM product.

Although the service needed was not completed, and we are having to wait for parts (not unexpected), I don't have any complaints about the service department. However, I did not appreciate the courtesy van driver spending so much time on personal calls while driving AND STOPPING AT WHATABURGER for a breakfast biscuit. I found that to be incredibly unprofessional.

Winston is the best, makes you feel at home and takes care of people!! All the crew is nice, considerate and do helpful!! ❤️
