We were update throughout the process and Pat was flexible with our work schedule and was nice enough to meet us after business hours. We even received the "clear to close" before our closing date. They closed my purchase(new construction) in two and a half weeks and my refinance in plenty of time for the 30 day rate lock. They have the lowest rates out there and believe me, I shopped! You're given options to decide what the best rate, in combination with cost or rebate is right for your loan. MC Mortgage Group is a true wholesale mortgage lender which is hard to find these days! I know everyone's situation is different when it comes to getting a mortgage but these guys beat all the other places I shopped around to by 0.25% in rate(apples to apples in fees). Great company!
