Zack Greenfeld was the person who answered my call. Not only he is a professional in the financial service, we actually FaceTime and became friends throughout the process. My wife and I was seeking to refinance our house. We are self employed entrepreneurs. You can imagine how this process goes. MBanc, Zack and his team made this arduous process smooth like putting a hot knife into butter. Like with any mortgage application, either pay a lower points to get higher APR, or pay higher points to get lower APR. We chose the latter because it fit our financial needs. Literally, once your are approved and appraisal came back satisfying risk management, 3 days later the notary public was knocking on my door to close on the loan and 1 day later, money was wired.
