MB Financial Bank Waukegan Rd, Morton Grove

I posted this bad rating at the wrong location but now I've found it. I didn't find the teller HERE in the drive-thru very friendly and it seemed like she was profiling and I have never seen a professional bank teller dressed in sports gear. Not a bank I would use with some others out there working like actual bank tellers and professional. If your bank is making money on anything or any kind of transaction, you would think that they would properly dress and be as friendly as they can even with people who don't bank at their institution. I would say she was rude but slightly unwelcoming I can say.

Went there today to cash a 10k check that someone wrote to me from this bank, guy sitting there with glasses tells me he can't cash it because it's over the limit. I ask what's the limit? He goes like "I can't discuss that with you" LOL What a joke. No wonder why these banks are going no where close to Chase and BoA

The bankers here are friendly and knowledgeable. The manager is nice and you can tell that she appreciates her customers and wants the best for them.

Wonderful place. The best bank in the region.
