Our son refinanced his home through Mathew Yates, NEXA Mortgage LLC and had such a great experience that we decided to call him for our refinance. It was so easy and fast. All done on line except for the signing and they had someone come to our house at our convenience for that. All questions were answered almost immediately. They did all the work in finding us a great loan. I would definitely recommend NEXA Mortgage.

Matt was great to work with. He walked us through the process and gave us very accurate numbers as part of our loan estimates. There were some hiccups with the lenders but Matt was very prompt in following up with them and keeping us in the loop. He was also one of the only loan originators who was willing to even talk about a jumbo loan. During the process he kept pushing the lender to close on the required date and when they werent able to he was able to get us a 2 week extension on the rate at no cost. I would highly recommend matt to anyone wanting to finance their first house or refinance.

All the 5 star reviews are correct Mathew is experienced and will work to get you what you need. He was able to secure a lower rate for me even after he locked in my initial rate. He picked up his phone even when he was at home making dinner. He is very committed.
