I have been a loyal customer for about 5 years now. I rarely ever have any problems with them and when something does occur it's usually small and is always straighten out. For the most part I feel like I have a great customer relationship with all the workers there.

I called for a friend who has a loan with this place, she was in the room but all I had to do was give her name and all her information was layer out for the taking! Found out they charge around 8cent a day that A Day!! She is on disability and has been making partial payments but because she can not make the full payments since her SSI was cut back they are charging her a 10.00 late fee every single month! This is a horrible company. Went to the website to try and find the corporate number and nothing! Called a few other stores and they would not give me the number. Technically She could sue them for giving her information out with out her permission! Hope corporate has good lawyers!!!! Do not recommend this place for anyone ever!!!!!!

Customer service needs to be teached.everyone working here sucks at their job.for ratings this low.might as well acquire a new staff..

I answer their call and was told to get a job. I did not want to give even one star but i had to in order to warn people these people are scum!!

LOVE THIS LOAN PLACE ...WENT HERE TO GET MY FIRST LOAN ...AND THEY WAS VERY SWEET AND FAST..I WOULD RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO OTHER PEOPLE
