Horrible service, rude employees.will push you off to the side and not really pay attention to you or try to fix your situation. They don’t answer the phone at all. And don’t bother texting the recruiters. Because they won’t answer either. They only care about the money sign that comes near ur name

One of the most horrible Staffing agencies I’ve ever worked for in my LIFE!! I just recently signed up for bs Masis and the recruiters there seems like they don’t know how to do their job. Mind you I was dealing with temp agencies all through Massachusetts for the past 7 years and Masis is by far the most horrible agency. I don’t know if it’s just me but they promised me a check for 2 weeks and still haven’t got paid. Bullshi*

Just like every other one star review my paycheck has been messed with every single week since I've started, and then when I get irate because I'm not getting paid for my hours worked, they tell me that the employer no longer wants me there for their gross negligence

These people are a blessing very respectful, understanding and they will work with you however possible... Well understand that these were my own experience. I hope you give them an honest try and you'll see what I'm telling you. Stay Blessed guys and I wish you luck.

They owe me money for hours worked. They won't answer my emails asking for my pay. Filing a complaint with the board of labor now...Good luck getting paid if u work for them...

This is the worst temp agency I have ever had a problem with and I have been to expert, savvy, msg, never had a problem with any other agency in Worcester before I came to this place there un professional and clearly dont seem to know wat there doing there had to wait 2 weeks to get paid my first check that I had work weeks ago they cut hours on my check never again will I go to this place to get a job GL to those who do u have been warned

This is the best Agency in my opinion they helped me get a 40 hours a week job

Terrible staffing agency..i don't know about worcester branch so much but the leominster branch is awful....they always say they're gonna call you back and never do..it seems like have a disconnect from actually caring.
