This was by far the best Company to work through. of all the others that I have used in the past, this was by far the most experienced and diligent. They were very knowledgeable and gave great advice. We ended up waiting a couple weeks to sign because of the suggestion made by one of the Loan officers. That advice ended up saving us 40$ a month because interest rates dropped! they are all very educated and so willing to help out. I will definitely be using them for any future homes and have already told friends and family about them.

Citywide was very pleasant to work with. This wasn't our first mortgage, so we understand the amount of paperwork that has to be exchanged and signed for closing. Citywide was prompt and organized. Their website for accessing documents is dated, but it is simple enough to use. We knew well beforehand what documents were needed, and they called as early as they could to allow us to lock-in our interest rate. Their rate was competitive (better) than a few other lenders we evaluated. Disclaimer: we also received a seller credit from our homebuilder for using Citywide, but my review is an honest one. I feel like they were very professional and organized, and that made a huge difference.
