David Hepler is a very knowledgeable mortgage loan consultant... But most importantly—he's honest. When I inquired about refinancing, David was upfront that I could save ~$200/m, but I could do better if my credit scores were higher. He wasn't trying to deter me, just make sure if we went through the effort, that I was getting the most value. He has since advised me several times when I check back in. We'll be refinancing with him soon!
