Maryann was absolutely amazing to work with! She is quick to respond and a great listener. She is extremely knowledgeable and I learned SO much all of the years we have worked with her. She helped us purchase our first home and then our second and then even helped connect us to the right people when we were moving out of state. Maryann Howard is the absolute BEST mortgage broker in Dallas. She moves mountains and performs what other brokers will tell you is impossible. She has been my broker on two separate home purchases. And in both cases, others told me no way would I get financing. With the first one, we discovered someone had filed fraudulent tax returns under my husband's name on the eve before closing. Not only did we still close on the house, Maryann came to the hospital and personally delivered documents for me to sign right after I delivered my daughter. I am a lawyer with K-1 income, a divorce, and unusual tax returns, and she made it happen. If you want to buy a house, and have been discouraged by other mortgage companies, call Maryann at GW! She will work hard for you and will take the best care of you.
