I cannot recommend Marty and her team enough! My family home was built in the 40’s and was definitely a “fixer upper”. Her expertise and know-how attracted buyers who were interested in unlocking its potential though, and we soon had buyers. It is at this point where we truly were lucky to have chosen her as a realtor. While our buyers were great, their lenders were absolutely horrible and fumbled every aspect of getting their loan approved.
