I do not recommend using this company. They are terrible and most of the time when talking to them, it is difficult to understand the person you are speaking with because of their strong accent. We only had them for two years before trading in the car for another. They owed us a refund. Two weeks after payoff, I call them to find out about the refund and they said the check was mailed "yesterday". A month and a half later, called them again because we never received anything and again I got "your refund of 233 was sent out YESTERDAY". So they are giving us a big run around about giving us our refund, so whether or not they actually sent it......well, I guess we will see......Ridiculous

I have a vehicle through the company, I make my payment on time every month never have any issues. In some cases if you pay online they may call you asking about your payment, that is only because it has not been processed yet and they have no way of knowing you made it. It will not show up as "late" once it goes through. My insurance did jump randomly because they said I did not have insurance when I clearly did. All i had to do was sent them a copy and it was removed. Every person I have spoken too was polite. Only once was I passed around there office on the phone but hey it happens. They have financed you for a reason, be sure to pay on time and you will have no issues.

Absolutely Horrible! I wish I could have given no stars. This company is the WORST. Was told I couldn't be helped with a payment while on maternity leave because I don't owe much more on my car, and because I HAVE made my payments on time, and won't let them get 30 days behind. If you are someone who lets there payments go thirty days behind, and don't mind the risk of a repo while you wait to see if they'll defer a payment (in the event you need help) then this is the company for you!!! I will NEVER do business with them again, thank God my car is almost paid off!!

We have had our vehicle through this finance company for almost 4 years now, not 1 time have they threatened to repo our vehicle. They have worked with us through several tough times and set backs. It is totally worth the higher interest rate that we pay to work with a company that talks to you like a person and understands things happen

First of all, The level of competence and customer service etiquette exemplified from this company and each department is not only horrendous but third world. I would never recommend this finance company to anyone. If you want random calls saying your payment is late and it's been payed, random late fees, insurance fees ( when you have insurance through a company), and all of the horrible service and uneducated tone and language from the account managers and supervisors, then finance here. Otherwise, never finance through these clowns get a loan through anyone but MarkOne, or even do without a vehicle if your stuck with only them as an option.

My car loan goes through this company. They are so rude. If my payment is a day kate, they send text messages and call everyday. Please do not go through these people for anything. All they care about is money. God is my witness, this company is terrible!!

My car is paid off they still have a lien on it and it’s been several of years the car has been paid..... I’m trying to get in contact with them and their is no active # and the website does not work.

Have been trying to get a hold of them for a few days now. their website is not up anymore. None of their phone numbers are working. Payments made thru 7/11 are also not going thru. anyone got any news on this? all my research is coming up with nothing so far.

They lose my payment every month. Charge me late fees even when i pay on time. They even said i didn't pay them four months in a row and tried to take my car until i got proof from my bank. DO NOT USE THEM!

I have been financing my car for over a year.. but now every time we call to make payments or even try to log in online the call hangups after submitting my acct info and the website say my account is inactive ... called to get a customer rep but it also hang up the call.. pretty BAD BUSINESS when you try to be a good payee and the bank does not have good platforms for you to make your payment... I just wanna make my payment and you don"t want it??? don"t come repo my car after...I try
