Start to finish one of the best buying experiences ever! Mark was exceptional to work with. His communication was consistent and accurate. His customer service was impeccable. If I had a question, he was always available. Buying a home on my own was new to me and I understood some of the basics, but Mark walked me through the tough stuff. There were no surprises in the two months we worked together to finalize and close my new home. If the seller had had a place to go, I could've closed a month earlier. Such a pain-free experience!
