Maps Credit Union - Chemeketa Branch Winema Pl, Salem

i stay at this bank because i have to for now and am not sure where else to go. every time i go through the window, service is usually pretty basic and bland small talk. the last time i went through, the guy stood there staring at me through the window and didn't say anything? i had to start the conversation by saying what i needed out from my accounts. i didn't catch his name but he has black short hair and glasses. the customer service here has always been very bland and not impressive. i work customer service and its just always very basic. i would lose my job if i was as bland as the people here.

They gave me an account, took my money but forgot to give me my account number and they didn't even tell me what type of account they gave me , worst customer service ever

The assistant manager Joshua Aguilar took his time before he even got to a customer. It looked like he was counting money. Which he could of done before opening. The place was packed with people to the back. Very busy place. Mayra, on the other hand was very quick to attend all customer and made my day. I would give her a 5 star 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

You closed early on a holiday weekend, possibly due to weather. But you didn't make sure your atm was functional. Came through Friday early afternoon. Not a great way to start the weekend. Monday it was still down.

Ten people in line with only two out of four teller windows open . When I asked the manager, Mariana Tagger, about this she was very flippant. Update: They have a new manager and the atmosphere seems to be improved. The lines can still be long and slow at times.

Very poor customer service at the Chemeketa branch. Around the Christmas holiday they had a lot of people on vacation so that was understandable, but the service has not improved since. Managers will sit typing in cubicles while tellers frantically try to service customers and lines will literally be out the door. There are other credit unions in the Salem area that want your business and will service the customer right. Try those credit unions before using Maps.

Their system error on overdraft fees yet they’re only able to lift 3 out of 7? Are you serious! This is the second time maps did this to me. If it was possible to rate u 0 stars I would.

If I can give a 0 stars I would management employees are a joke 10 years I been close if everything Monday morning good job maps should call it maps Credit of jokes

Great customer service. Quick to assist even when busy. Always willing to help anyone with questions or concerns. Clean & friendly environment. Professional setting.

Great ATM location - but I wish it wasn't on the back side of the building. Always feel as if I'll be mugged when I'm there at night.
