I echo all of the great qualities mentioned about Shane in the other five star reviews. His service was excellent all around. Also, and this was a big deal for me, Shane communicates via email quickly and precisely. For those of us who prefer email over phone calls (I'm talking to you, Millennials!), Shane is great! His ability to quickly address my questions via email was very convenient, and his emails were always well written and thought out. Keep up the great work, Shane!
