We had such a pleasant and awesome experience working with Bank of England to purchase our new home. We cannot say enough good things about the Bank of England! They went above and beyond for us! We originally spoke with Marcus about a year prior to our actual closing because we had our home. During this time, he kept in touch with us and was always willing to answer all of our questions. He responded timely to all emails/phone calls and always with positive attitude! All of the associates, underwriters, etc. that we had any communication with we’re friendly, knowledgeable and professional as well. As of our closing a few mo the ago, we have already referred our friends that are building a new home to the Bank of England and will continue to refer anyone shopping for a lender!
