The trucks and cars in front of the dealership are pieced together just enough to get you out with a test drive. They couldn’t provide a title for the vehicle that I was ready to buy. The owner shows the absolute lowest in professionalism and honest ethics. I’ll never attempt to purchase another vehicle from him. Brandon Roy is trying to put dealerships all over and can’t control the cars right in front of him.
Travis, I am not sure which team member helped you at which store but we apologize for any misconception or issue in which you had. I challenge any customer to walk in and ask to review a title for any vehicle on display for sale as they are all readily available for review. Our team inspects every vehicle, reconditions and offer the buyer the availability to go to whatever independent mechanic or use whatever service they would like to vette the vehicle on there end before making a purchase. We also have an inspection bay on site that customers can see the underside of the vehicle, just ask. We apologize that we were not able to meet your standards for the level of service that you expect but I wish you the best in finding your next ride.

⚠️⚠️!!! BUYER BEWARE !!!⚠️⚠️ I purchased a 2011 dodge nitro heat, no rust 99k miles, 4wheel from this dealer. I purchased in Mid January. They had issues getting me the title since purchase. It wasn't until 3/18/21 that they sent the title out to me ! Upon purchase the transmission hoses had leaks, brakes were bad, windshield wipers were bad, desperately needed oil change & trans fluid change, the only key fob they provided doesn't work and the key is bent, needed an alignment, steering was bad. They did fix the transmission hoses and ONLY back 2 brakes upon purchase. The front wasn't changed and squeaks. I did notice that the back left side had a little bit of bondo repair. I was told that the previous owner backed into something but had it fixed. This morning a friend of mine whom works at the dealership looked up my vin and turns out, this vehicle was in an accident & I was unaware and wasn't told this upon purchase. I'm a mother too 2 children, they took advantage of me and ripped me off. RUN with your money, GET OUT while you can!!! I notified them about it and according to them they don't do the full research about their vehicles before they buy them . Shout out to Brandon Roy who did get those two problems fixed before purchase, but this is redicoulous. I want my money back !!!! *Update* That response from yall isnt correct . There were many times I reached out and asked about title many, many times and got no answer most days. Until someone else texted me. I provided all Information upon vehicle purchase & AFTER !! I had to resend info because issues on their end, in the policy they don't sell vehicle unless proof of insurance is put on it to purchase. So yes. I already provided information ahead of time. I do have screenshots & receipts with dates and times provided. They don't have other mechanics look at the vehicle, they recommend their own. & Tell you the mechanic of theirs can fix whatever is wrong with it because the owner likes to keep the relationship going between seller and purchaser continueing after vehicle sale to extend the business to a better level. We stood behind the vehicle as you stated and corrected the problems that you were concerned with which were brought to our attention. As far as the accident as our team has discussed with you both AutoCheck and The National Motor Vehicle Title Information System NMVTIS which we use to vette our vehicles does not show the Accident. The accident was only found on a CAR FAX report which we are not a subscriber to. The vehicle is still operating as it should and getting your family to and from it's everyday tasks. Our team does not have every detail of a vehicle from production to now. We vette vehicles using the tools available to us, inspect every vehicle, recondition and offer the buyer the availability to go to whatever independent mechanic or use whatever service they would like to vette the vehicle on there end before making a purchase. I was looking for a car for my daughter and stopped in to look at one of the Subaru's on site there. One of the first things Brandon told me is that they take pride with the work they do here. He provided me with details on the car I was looking at and even provided addition detail on things to keep in mind with the Subaru in the future. I felt he was very transparent and honest with me on the questions I asked and he was able to answer them directly because he knows the vehicles he has on site. I know he was busy but still made me the focus. I ended up going in another direction, but Brandon is a stand up guy. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone here.

Wanted to buy 04 Chevy Avalanche had several issues to be fixed , ie : check engine light , ceiling fabric coming down at windshield , screw missing on Nerf bars . The engine ran rough.I was already approved , Credit Union waiting on paperwork , it's been over a week and truck still sitting in same spot. . Jessie you not only lost a paying customer but also business with me .
James, This is the owner, Brandon Roy and I have refereed to the call log and show that 3 calls were placed to you in reference to the above Avalance along with you stopping in and refusing to put a deposit on the vehicle you wanted which would normally trigger the vehicle to be prepped for a customer. With the outstanding service our team provides to our ever growing customer base there is a waiting list to get into our service facility. As far as the so called issues that you were demanding to be repaired... There are no check engine lights or any lights on the dash for that matter in addition the engine runs very well. As far as a screw missing on the plastic steps on the Nerf Bars we are talking about a 16+ year old vehicle there will be some minor imperfections. After seeing your glowing review although it saddens me to loose a customer I have no reservations in saying that I will not be upset you are no longer in our customer base.
