I usually bank at the Leavenworth branch and have great experiences. Today I went to cash a couple checks. The younger girl had no manners didn’t even speak to me. Sends my container back with my receipts and walks away. She had shorted me almost 2 grand. I called her back and she was like oh my fault. Like yeah no kidding. How about slow down and have some manners. No customer service

Google doesn't allow for zero stars so I'll give them the bare minimum. I absolutely DO NOT recommend MSCU for a mortgage loan. The entire process from start to almost finish was fraught with worry and lack of communication. Delay after delay. missed deadlines and missed promised closing dates, this CU has failed to deliver on all fronts. We constantly called and emailed only to be met with indifference and flippancy. The appraisal was failed to be ordered upon the receipt of a signed sales contract and required escalation to supervisory staff to even get that rolling. Lack of professionalism, lack of communication, lack of sincerity and constantly pushing blame on other departments pretty much sums up our experience. Now we are forced to withdraw our application after missing yet a third closing date. There exist hundreds of companies and financial institutions that will meet your needs for a mortgage loan and in a decent amount of time. I implore you to seek them out. EDIT: Notice the attention to detail in the reply. "Even" Should tell you all you need to know.

Told me I was not welcomed at any of their branches even though I beg and tried to understand why I couldn't just use their drive through like I had been for the past 5 years. I have a cane I need to walk with and it is difficult to go into the branch and stand there in an immense amount of pain. I dont understand why I've been targeted with the exception that I am black. Her reasoning was "we are keeping the drive through open for Mainstreet customers only" which is bizarre because when I get in the drive through lane i have my deposit slip completed along with my Drivers License before I ever get to the window. Not to mention i am handicapped and it is extremely difficult to go inside the branch for me. It definitely makes me miss the friendliness of the staff at the Truity locations (my actual credit union) in Lawrence. I saw another post about that branch manager being racist and I can a 100% agree with them. This restraint came out of absolutely no where. I work from home and therefore can come at the absolute least busiest times so there shouldn't be a problem. I guess she just likes to wield her little power over others. What a shame it was nice having a shared services branch so close.

I have been a member since 2018. I use the Lamar location 90% of the time. I have my favorite teller. She's the BEST.

27.50 Overdraft fee as quick as you pay it and use your card you have another “pop up” you have to watch it. * I had money in my saving as well*. So I told the manger on 82 in kc to cancel my account the 4 years I bank with then I asked Nicely to void it. She said no and didn’t care about my service.call multiple banks and there fee is $17.00 !
