The worst customer service I have ever experienced ! Aster is an unpleasant and rude person. I wish I got her last name but I doubt there’s multiple. Honestly this location deserves 0 stars. I made a complaint with corporate and I will be following up to insure some type or change

I had one of the worst experiences every dealing with the teller Mina Shah ! She was rude and didn’t display the proper customer services. I would never open an account at this location.

You can blame their recruiter Angela for there awful customer service. Because I was interviewed for the universal banker position and I know I did a great interview and would make their customer service great, but Angela was so jealous of me she turn me down.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This bank (and M&T bank in general) SUCK. They have the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. The branch manager is very rude, non-professional and very unhelpful. I will be calling and making formal complaints as well. I'll be much happier now that my account is closed out and I no longer will be dealing with M&T Bank EVER.

I've been with this bank since it was provident & M&T bought them out. Never had issues and the staff is very nice.

Staff is unprofessional and annoying I walked in with my mother to open a bank account immediately you can tell the lady there didn't want to help but I let it slide just here to open up an account and leave lady was being rude all these excuses to open it up we left went to Bank of America opened up an account with out a problem I will be closing my account and moving my business else where

Staff is always nice and easy to work with.
