every single time I have had to go to this location I am met with the most miserable, rude women behind the counter. They also once refused to count and deposit my ones because there were “too many” (it was less than $200). My parents actually closed their account with them all together because they live in the area and experience similar issues with the staff. Would recommended going to any other M&T location in Rochester before this one.

This bank branch still has a phone number that takes you to a real person. I've been very happy with m & t.

Done business with them twice, regretted it both times. Just helped a family member get a reverse mortgage line of credit here so they could transact business quickly and in person. They said, "yeah, come in and fill out the paperwork whenever you need cash and you'll have it in 3 days!" 2 weeks after closing, they already sold her loan to a bank in California. There is no way they sold it that quickly without already knowing they were going to at closing. Liars.

Fast and easy and had great customer service. Manger was nice and helped me when I needed.
