M&T Bank Chartley Dr, Reisterstown

Very rude to their customers. I go to cash checks for my grandmother and they made a smart remark about "maybe you should get a debit card" then I told them I'm not there for me. They never answered back. Never going back. I'll go to the westminster branch first.

This is the most unprofessional bank I have ever went to. The tellers are so rude an lazy. Only one person in the entire bank wants to work. Now that they think they have some kind of control they are extra lazy and rude. Choose another bank. Unless you like rude service and going to the bank is your only outing because you will be there for a while even if you're the only person they are waiting on. Remember life is full of options..

I just had the most disgusting experience at this branch. I went in to change my address but was told they couldn't assist me right then, the encounter was disturbing because there was nobody in there but the bank employees and myself. I was very confused why they could not assist me, they had NO other customers to serve at that time. I had to waste gas driving to another location where I had to wait in line but atleast the teller there took my new info and updated their system within 2 mins. The whole ordeal have me shopping for a new financial institution.

Very poor customer at all locations, they do not care about their customers. Consistently wasting my time to make appointments. I’ve had this bank for 5 years and the experience i have encountered during the 2020 pandemic has set me so far back they did not once help even when it was time to retrieve my money. Let’s just say thank god for Wells Fargo!

several years ago I made a deposit at the M and T ATM in Cherryvale Plaza. The deposit consisted of $ 200.00 in cash and a check ( from M and T bill pay) made out to me for $78.00. When checks started bouncing I called the bank and they said the deposit was never made, even though I had a receipt. They agreed to investigate and temporarily removed the charges from my account. within 24 hours I received a letter stating the deposit was never made so the charges stand. They told me the kiosk ATM in Cherryvale is not owned by M and T and even though it says M & T on it, they have problems with it all the time and I should not be using it. I called the banking commission in Maryland only to find out that M & T is out of New York. I sent documentation to the Department of Financial Services in New York. After being a customer of M & T for about 20 years in good standing I was being treated like a criminal by the staff. Finally the Department of Financial Services in New York straightened it out. It took a long time. I never use the ATMs anymore

ATM ate a cash deposit after closing. Getting to a human on the phone took forever!! Still not resolved. It is as though someone stole $1300 from us. A local security guard informed us that this ATM always has problems. This shows a lack of responsibility about the ATMs malfunctioning. Very poor business practices.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely rude and unproffesional! Fiance and I arrive around 4:30 yesterday. Not one person in front of us. The rep walked in the back, and never came back. Tellers stated that they were with someone (complete lie). The tellers then stated "well you can make an appointment". Rediculous! I will take my business elsewhere! They clearly should not be in a customer service enviroment.

Terrible service. Arrived at 4:40pm and the woman acted like it was too late to help us. She even had the nerve to ask why we waited until the last minute. While we were there she also asked 3 Latino men who looked nothing alike if they were all there together. Insensitive and unprofessional! No thanks, I'll take my hard earned money elsewhere!

I always come here to cash checks and I have Zero problems with anything. Love this bank

Was very disappointed with the Clerk and how mandtbank don't honor there customers. Switching banks.
