M&T Bank Main St, Niagara Falls

Very rude employees. I went to make a withdrawal on my newly opened account and I was unable too. The employees didn’t seem too willing to help me in this situation, when knowing I was from out of town and I needed funds as soon as possible. I also had 5 forms of identification on me including a birth certificate and enhanced drivers license. But unfortunately that wasn’t Sufficient enough to release the hold that was on my account! I would need my Social Security card that I didn’t have present. Note I’ve had multiple M&T accounts before so I don’t know why they couldn’t verify me and release the hold. These people did not try hard enough to help me inn this situation.

M&T is the worst bank! Between the fact that there is always something wrong with the ATM or their online/mobile banking....it's so ridiculous. Plus, I've had my information stolen 3 times! I've been wanting to switch banks for awhile now just haven't had the time. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.
