They are only open til 4 pm and then u have to do the atm drive thru which is ludicrous! I needed to go through the regular drive thru not the atm! U need an appointment to go in! Pitiful! What about people that work and need real hours?! I guess u r screwed! Good luck!

My husband and I came in today to open a joint bank account. We waited in the lobby for 15 minutes before a teller asked if she could assist us. She said Rosa the branch associate would be with us shortly and that we could have a seat. The gentleman in Rosas office left shortly after. 30 more minutes passed and we were still waiting. I find it extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional that she had no consideration to let us know how long we would be waiting. A simple gesture as to say. “It’s going to be an hour before I can see you. Maybe you would like to come back at a later time.” I will not be returning to this branch and am now considering closing mine and my children’s accounts and switching to another bank. Thank you Rosa for wasting my time.

My teller was friendly and extremely helpful.

Where M & T offers products to fit most needs, their customer service needs a lot of work. I have called or visited a total of four times in the last week. Three of the four interactions left me unhappy - to say the least. One rep was rude (on the phone) and gave me incorrect information. I chalked it up to everyone has a bad day every now and again; however, after a call yesterday and visit today, I've come to realize that their customer service is not something I care to experience again. I'm a fairly intelligent person, but left feeling stupid, foolish, and patronized. I will close this account and will not do business with this bank again. As I was told today - they are a bank and in it to make money. Well, they can have their money without my help.
