Had 3 repairs done (all dealing with oil leaks). Had one of them done multiple times with the same issue, both times I was told the problem was fixed. Well, it happened again right before my family is supposed to take the car on a road trip (3 days from now). So I call Hudson Chevrolet and explain the issue, thinking they would do whatever it took to get my car in and fixed before our trip, you know, since they failed to fix a problem with the vehicle multiple times. The lady who answered the phone in the service department was very rude on the phone and told me the earliest they could get my car in was 6 days from the day I called. I explained that the issue with my car is the same issue I've dealt with twice just recently that wasn't fixed correctly and we have a trip and really need the car taken care of in the next day or two. She said they couldn't look at the car for 6 days. I asked if there was any way they could get me in a loaner vehicle so we could at least still make our trip and she said they don't have any loaners. After hanging up the phone I promptly made a call to Stillwater Motors Chevrolet in Stillwater, MN... Just 7 miles away. Told them the exact same issues I told Hudson Chevrolet, but this time I was greeted with kindness on the phone and even though they too were booked they told me they would get it fixed in time for my trip and do whatever necessary to make it right. Not only did they fix the car correctly, and quickly they found that two other issues with the car that I just had Hudson Chevrolet fix under warranty were not fixed properly either. Bottom line, I will never return to Hudson Chevrolet. Horrible customer service. And clearly horrible technicians. If the manager at Hudson Chev wants to get on here and call me a liar like he's done to other people who have written one of the many negative reviews about this place, don't waste your time doing that, just let me know and I'll gladly drive over and discuss these issues face to face.

Prior to shopping at Hudson Chevrolet/GMC I had been to many other dealerships. My experiences were average to sub-par. Upon arriving at Hudson Chevrolet/GMC my spirits about car shopping were pretty low, and then I met Ron Williams. He greeted my step-daughter and me outside on a very hot day, inviting us indoors to inquire about what we were shopping for instead of dragging us around a lot showing us things that were out of our budget or need. I was transitioning from sedan to a pre-owned family hauler. Ron showed us the information he had on two minivans (we didn’t want a SUV or Crossover) respecting my budget and concern for the mileage already on the vehicle. He took us on a test drive and we basically knew this was the one. However, being the only and youngest girl in my family my father still wanted to make sure I was making the right choice for my family. Ron knew right where my father was coming from and treated me like family himself. Ron told me to have my father come back and check it out, reassuring me that he does the same for his family. By the time we went back to the store to purchase the vehicle Ron had left for the day but came back to help me purchase the vehicle. The whole time I was treated like family and had the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. Now my family has a safer more reliable vehicle.

They forgot to put the oil cap back on. Oil was everywhere. Sent it back and they did another oil change. It came back to me with a scratch on the hood and oil was still all over my car. Sending it back again today

I did not make an appointment but I had a time sensitive warranty issue with my truck. I am a GM Fleet Customer. Although I purchase the truck from Luther Brooklyn Park, I was told that Fleet Customers get in right away at any Luther Dealership. Not the case here. The staff was friendly and the work was completed but if I were to have any more service issues I would drive back to Brooklyn Park.
Bob, Hudson Chevrolet GMC is not a fleet dealer and we treat all our guests equally. We are not a large enough operation to continually push customer's out the door. We only have one diesel technician and Steve did get you in right away even though five other guests had appointments for weeks.
