Luna Financial N Tustin Ave, Santa Ana

I've had Luna financial for almost a year now and I've had nothing but positive experiences. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews! They employees are always quick to help me no matter my situation! There was a time my check bounced(I thought I had enough in my account) and they called to collect obviously. I didn't know I could pay online and the gentleman told me I could and even walked me through it before processing my payment! Honestly, pay your note on time and be courteous. That's all you need to do!

These guys are bullies and very unprofessional saying they are going to check my credit without authorization. Saying they don’t believe me that I’m unemployed trying to collect off a charge off from 6 years ago. These guys don’t care that we are in a pandemic. Worse company they took my car that wasn’t even 30 days late this was 6 years ago now trying to collect 1200 saying they will find out we’re I work. They said I know you got stimulus money coming you need to pay. Stay away from this company I’m reporting them to the BBB.

Jarrod is really rude and disrespectful...he would hardly let me get a word in and he kept threatening me and talking down to me...he made stupid unnecessary comments like "oh so you think this is funny? You won't think is funny when you and your boyfriend are walking". I called back to get his last name and he wouldn't repeat it for me he stated he had already given it to me and was not going to repeat himself. When I asked to speak to his manager he told me she was out to call back next week... SOOOO RUDE!!!!!!

Totally agree with all comments. In if all your staff turns out to be the worst except two highly educated people, then a company that is not recommended even my worst enemy. Daring starting from the women who work there. they make improper payments, you have no right to claim anything.

I had the pleasure to be in contact with Angie R and she was very pleasant. She helped me with my car insurance problem and it got resolved that same day. Thank you Angie for all your help.

Super rude, EXTREMELY unprofessional! Do not use them, they are the worst! All they care about is making money, they always give you false information just to charge you extra money. Don't waste your time!!!

This person name Jared is sooo rude and unprofessional he doesn’t let u talk always make some stupid comments.... what I have seen from the reviews they should just hired new people because this comments make them look bad

Worse place ever!!! I do not recommend this place at all!! Don’t eveeeerrr go there, same your time and money to go somewhere else! They are rude as hell and they are always threatning you!! They don’t even deserve one star!!

Worst company ever. Gave my mom false information on how to retrieve her vehicle and once she had everything they told her she had to pay her vehicle in full. Called her names and treated her like she was dumb. Super rude and unprofessional.
