Nick Lucia was very helpful for me and my husband. It was our first time buying a house, and he was able to answer all our questions, and he was on top of things. If I had any question about anything, all I had to do was text him, and he would reply the same day, even on his days off ! Working with Nick Lucia has been the most exceptional experience through the process of my husband and I buying our first home and now with refinancing process. Nick and the Lucia Lending Team are very transparent and honest which was a huge factor for us because we value those who are straightforward and have integrity. When looking for a loan officer, many can get you the same rates or similar deals but you can't always find get a good human who would work tirelessly for you and your family. He was always available at any time, day/night and by text/email/phone. There was always a way to reach him for any reason or his team. He and Carla were was in constant communication with us and our employment and very thorough in next steps and process so everybody was on the same page. Everytime there was a change or update, he or Carla would call/text/email right away so we are in the loop. 🚨Rescue Loan Alert 🚨 Thank you for the kind words, Marcos!! It’s always an honor to jump in, pull the layers back and troubleshoot what’s going on to help rescue the buyers and successfully get them across the finish line… AND that’s exactly what the Lucia Lending Team accomplished for Marcos and his son, Giovanni! Not only did the Lucia Lending Team help rescue Marcos & Giovanni from losing the home they had an accepted offer on, they also saved the buyers from losing a $7,000 Earnest Money Deposit, too. The Listing Agent & Seller agreed to a 9 Day Extension of Time. 9 days is not a lot of time, considering the property was a condo (additional info & docs needed from the HOA’s and more 3rd parties involved in the transaction) and the other lender never ordered the appraisal… Ugh 😩! The Lucia Lending Team jumped in, took over and started sprinting towards the finish line…. Marcos and Giovanni made it across the finish line on day 8 of the 9 day Extension of Time… Woot Woot 🙌🏼. I’ve mentioned this a few times over the years… Not all lenders/loan officers are created equal!!
