In the end I worked at LSI for 16 months. Typical fast paced call center chop shop. Call after call. You get two 15 min breaks. If you need to use the restroom and not on your break you are penalized for getting up to go. Felt like I was back in grade school. Typical favoritism and although PTO is great be prepared to use all your PTO to take off any holiday since every holiday EXCEPT Christmas Day is one you work. If you love B2B calls and having to lie saying you work for every single credit union as well as being treated like you're back in grade school than this is the place to be. Tried to give proper notice when I found another job but they asked me to leave early which makes me ineligible for rehire. Don't make the mistake of thinking they're your friend.

I would advise avoiding this company at all costs. It will not be worth your time or wasted energy. LSI is an almost 30 year old company that operates as if it is brand new. It is nothing but a runaway dumpster fire. Their interview process is exceedingly easy, and I'm fairly certain they will hire anyone. And after meeting other colleagues, that assumption was verified. They offer pay differentials based on your shift and days worked, and they try their best to make it sound like they are paying competitively during the interview process. They aren't, and you'll be lucky if they don't make any errors on your paychecks regarding those pay differentials. Training is a dumpster fire. It is done virtually while in the office. Essentially it is a group of people in a call center doing training via Teams with headphones on with little to no help from any actual trainers in person. Teams always messes up. Each trainer will give you a different answer, and absolutely nothing is consistent. It also isn't structured so don't expect a detailed training schedule. Their only resources for reference are called KBs and the best of luck to you being able to find the right one you need. You will leave training feeling like you learned barely anything and will find yourself struggling your first few weeks actually working in your position. During those weeks you'll have a training help desk you can reach out to, but they aren't reliable. Once you are working in your position, you aren't actually out of training yet. You still have to graduate, and when you graduate is really up to the whims of your assigned team lead. There are a few guidelines to help you determine when you are ready, but they aren't very clear cut. When you finally graduate, you will be eligible to earn incentives, which is essentially commission you earn for each cross sell you successfully sell to a credit union member. They aren't hard to sell, but you'd have to be a mathematician to figure out what you'll actually earn from them. Their payout for incentives is incredibly convoluted. Also after graduating you are eligible to apply for roles in other departments. This is a huge selling point when being hired, and it was really what sold the job to me. There are a lot of different departments with a lot of different positions within the company. You don't have to be just a customer service agent or loans specialist. However, it became very clear to me very quickly that they do not care about your work experience with LSI or previous jobs. It is only by nepotism that you will move anywhere within the company outside of your originally hired position. Their insurance benefits are actually great, and they even recently offered pet insurance. Their PTO earnings are lackluster but not the worst I've seen. Their equipment is utter garbage. It would be a miracle to make it through a day without your thin client freezing up, restarting, logging you off, or being unresponsive. If you have any issues while working you are supposed to reach out to the help desk or a team lead, but be prepared to be on hold for a long time and that is if you actually reach someone. You will see a long list of team leads listed as logged in but when you trying calling them they are all miraculously unavailable. What's the point? You have to use three different programs to log in, check your schedule, swap a shift, request to leave early, clock in, view your benefits, and to change your status. It is maddening! Everything about this company indicates it is brand new and just starting to make it in the industry, but it is an almost 30 year old company. How they are still in business is baffling. It is nothing but bad management from the bottom to the top.

This place is unsecured with sensitive information. I was soon a victim of fraud after giving my information for a loan. This place is a 24 hour service for other financial institutions. I am constantly a victim of financial fraud now giving my info to them. Shame on my credit union for trusting an outside source with my info. So mad what a scam!! Never had this problem with my bank.

Next time go to ur bank or credit union this people are clueless and rude had to give an attitude back to the representative name Deijah didn't know the cu I bank with hires 3rd party till today

STAY AWAY. Despite what they try to show themselves as, the company is very clique based and they have you lie and say you aren't really from LSI.

This company is associated with many banks and credit unions. They are giving employees access to banks customers information and it’s not secure. This is why a lot of people are victims of credit card/ bank fraud. This company allows there employees to access the information at home. The call volume is ridiculously high. This is a Terrible place to work.

Worst job to work at. Got hired in July and got fired in September because I was still in training instead of asking what I don’t get or trying to help me improve they decided to cut their losses which is funny because I’m a student at DePaul University with a 4.0 gpa so I don’t see how I wasn’t qualified enough to work here. If you have no college or Barely any high school education this is the perfect job for you. I do admit they will hire anyone so anybody has a chance of getting hired 80 year olds, felons there’s even someone at the age of 17 in there. Sp if you want a easy 4K just go through the training program they offer easiest money I’ve made.

Worked there for just about 2 years, left for a better opportunity. Great place to work!

Best job I have ever had. Gave me the opportunity to make a career out of what I was expecting to be a temporary thing. Training is amazing as well as the benefits and bonus program! I recommend applying if you are looking for a company that cares about you and your career goals.
