tried unsuccessfully to title an out of state purchase. every time we went we were told we needed another document. i can’t believe we are the ONLY people to buy an out of state vehicle! on try # 5 ( yes 5) told we needed yet another signed document! the out of state dealer had no idea of the requested form! NOW WHAT??? This was not CINDY’s fault, but very frustrating!

Well we went on my sisters birthday to renew her license and get a federal one. The ladies there were incredibly rude they didn’t give her a federal license and then when she said that’s what she wanted the lady said oh well you didn’t ask for that. We assumed that they would be doing the federal license normally like everywhere else she was talking about my sister in front of her like she wasn’t there. I’m sorry if you had a bad day but this is a business try and be professional. They then talked her out of the license she needs and wants to travel abroad with and my sister walked out of there crying and again this is her birthday. I would like to thank them for showing me what not to do in a business and showing me where I will not be going again!! The only exception to this was the lady in the back who was very helpful and did wish my sister a happy birthday! She was the nicest one there and she was the one to take the picture so good on her she was good!

La. Title Bureau was so fast, efficient, professional and Kristina was so polite and nice. She made my experience easy and uncomplicated.

I moved here from another state and have been trying to get my license plate. I’ve came to these offices multiple times on the process. I finally talked to a gentleman who gave me a step by step process on what I needed to obtain my license plate. I get all the necessary documents and the lady that helped me essentially said “that gentleman isn’t in the right mind set. He’s just here for help.” Here I am for the 5th time and waiting to see if this process is the one that will work. Very frustrating.

Very short wait time, helpful and courteous employees!

They have always been nice people there. They deal with difficult problems sometimes. Great service with very little wait time. Bypass the DMV got most things.

Waited almost an hour for a notary stamp at 1:45 in the afternoon. While waiting, I got the pleasure of observing the employee that processes notary stamps eat a banana, take a 15 minute break, and come back to chat with coworkers all while not helping anyone in line. If I didn’t need the document notarized that day and traffic wasn’t crazy, my business certainly would’ve gone elsewhere.

Wow, I was really impressed today with how quickly they were able to take care of my vehicle transfer. The notary lady was super sweet. I would definitely recommend going here!

This was the fastest and nicest experience I have had at an OMV-express service. I spoke to an older women who was very nice and welcoming. My total visit was probably only 5min during noon on a Monday for getting a new registration sticker. The visit could only have been faster if my phone had loaded my insurance information faster. The employee was also very informative and knowledgeable. I recommend this place to anyone trying to get their paperwork in order.
