Excellent Interest Rates on some products, but recently poor in some customer service and communications. I must admit, i had excellent relationships with Logix lenders in the past and had great rates too. So I really wanted to work with this credit union for those reasons mentioned above in addition to being an existing customer for checking and auto loan. But recently, I had experienced some less than mediocre support with the inhouse banker at the Porter Ranch office and another not trained Online Customer service representative. It was rather upsetting to find that the simplest questions for opening a business checking account I felt that whole process was unorganized, uninformed of the products, unmotivated and contradictory answers. I would think by know Logix would have a better system opening accounts, but it seemed very back and forth and not streamlined. I hope this was a one-off situation and unfortunate that a lot of business in general have poor customer service recently, perhaps covid related. I hope in the future, associates and employees are incentivized to be better trained in product knowledge and customer service.

I've been a member for over 10 years. I've had 3 car loans with them, at the lowest possible rate any bank would approve, also my mortgage at the lowest rate only they were offering. I referred them to my son who got an auto loan at the lowest possible rate. They give us dividend annually, never received dividends from any other financial institution before. They have great people with excellent customer service training, I feel so good stepping in this branch. I recommend Logix to everyone, you won't find neither the wonderful rates for all loans or investments, nor the pleasant customer service anywhere else!

Went to them for a car loan and couldn't be happier. The APR was extremely low ( I was surprised that it could be that low), the loan pre-approval was quick, the communication was clear, the support personnel were helpful and the wait time was close to zero. If all the banks would provide customer service as Logix did, people would go hang out at banks rather than coffee shops. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Logix. In sure they will have more from me in the future.

The one star is for the teller. Because of the glass between us she had to talk loud in order for us to communicate. I withdrew $3k in cash, and it was counted out loud, and put under the glass for me to retrieve, and that made me the center of attention at the time in the bank. I stopped by this location cause I was shopping in the area. How embarrassing this whole entire visit was. The check I was going to deposit into my business account never got deposited. I've been making the same deposits every month since 2002, and the teller looked up my account to confirm my history of the same deposits, but she still insisted on putting a hold on a portion of the check. She walked away from the counter and called her manager for an approval, but still wanted to put a hold on a portion of the check. I asked for the check back, so I could deposit it at there Burbank location like I've been doing for the last seventeen years. I don't understand why the teller couldn't call the Burbank location to approve my deposit. I truly believe your appearance make a big difference when your outside of your normal every day surroundings. Bad business Logix!

I have been a part of this credit union for all of my life. My father worked at Lockheed at Ontario Airport for more than 10 years before he was relocated to the Palmdale facility. The service is terrific and I can always drop off my wrapped coins here with quick turnover.
