Reviewed on . March 25th 2021. I don't have an account with Logix Bank. However, I am able to deposit using their ATM machines outside with my bank United States Postal Service Federal Credit Union. I'm not guilty, to say that I find it very convenient because since I live in Palmdale my nearest bank it's about 50 miles away in the city of San Fernando. So I want to give special thanks to this Bank and my bank for working together in order to make it convenient enough for me to be able to deposit using these ATM machines.

I've banked with these guys for approximately a million years and have always had the very best service. They monitor your credit card like a hawk and have caught fraudulent charges several times. Loan rates are good and in general the service has been excellent since I signed up, back in the stone age.

The worst credit union….the people are rude, the app doesn’t even work. It took me an hour to deposit my check on the app and it still will not deposit the check. Complaining to the rude people at this facility doesn’t do anything. Also trying to finance my house to this facility is the worst mistake anyone could ever make. The judge you by your looks and deny. My credit score is above 700 and stated it needed to be above 750 and only one car payment. I would give this facility zero stars.

They dont communicate within their staff. They always made mistakes with my auto loan. They dress unprofessional.. i get casual but ?? You’re handling peoples monies. Ive just always had bad experiences with this bank.

Horrible customer service and completely insensitive. My son passed away who had a car loan with them and all they cared about was the car and not about a person who just lost their life. I made 3 payments they held the 4th and repoed the car and sent me my money back. I told them I was waiting on the death certificate so that we could put it in my name and they proceeded with taking the car anyway. On top of that the repo company they use broke into my gated house to get the car as well as taking all My sons items out of the car and requesting hundreds of dollars to get it back then when I say ok they don’t give me the address to pick up. Not really the type of thing you should have to go through when you are already going through so much. I would never use them for anything after this!

Losing a family member is difficult enough, and to know we were the cause of additional hardship during this time is embarrassing, frustrating, and heartbreaking. For this reason, we will typically make numerous attempts to get in contact with parties in question by phone and via mail, to discuss collateralized loan details and make arrangements. Unfortunately, if we don’t hear back, as we understand was likely the case in your situation for reasons that are completely understandable, we are required to take further actions. As a not-for-profit, member owned cooperative we do have a responsibility to ensure the financial wellness of our membership at large is not put at risk by loans in default. As I understand we were not able to receive confirmation of your extenuating circumstances after numerous attempts, so without any way to confirm we had to treat this situation like we would any other loan in default. I also understand that, once we were able to communicate with you, we were able to work to a satisfactory conclusion regarding the vehicle by granting exceptions. Regarding the manner in which your repossession took place, the repossession agency is unfortunately required to remove personal property from the vehicle. That must have been heart wrenching and we are sorry you had to endure that. Waited almost two weeks for a new card. My Amazon and Netflix accounts have now all be terminated as they don’t accept a bank account for payment. Called the 800 number and spoke to Serena who has been more than helpful on her end just to get screwed over by Dominic (branch manager) and Vanessa who dropped the ball on several occasions. I’m in the branch yet again for the 3rd time this week to “pick up my card” just to be told they are now having system issues and can’t give me my card. The card that has now been promised by Dominic. My accounts are in default and other bills that depend on a card are at high risk of being charged late fees etc. Been with Logix for almost 20 years. Very disappointing and upset at this time.

Logix is where you want to bank. Their customer service is outstanding. I have complex banking to handle, because I am the caregiver for my Mom who has Alzheimer's and my husband who has heart disease. I also work full time in LA. The Palmdale bank manager actually held the branch open for me, so I could bring in some important legal documents pertaining to my Mom's account. Jess is a Rockstar teller who processes my transactions monthly. She never forgets to ask how my Mother and husband are feeling. If I have a problem, she masterfully resolves it quickly, efficiently, and with a warm smile. Recently, Jess has been busy, but she took the time to tell Stellar teller, Vanessa, how to help me.
