I would love to give them 0 stars if possible, First they advertised no financials needed , quick close and no garbage fees, Instead this is what happens , I have a solid quadplex , perfectly cashflowing 3600 sq ft block All I was looking for is 100k and in this economy, this property shouldve easily appraised for 340k Now 2 in a half months later, no idea of whats going on , my loan officer Shervin has no clue of what hes doing and has advised for me to call the office and figure it out. 5/19/21, applied early in March They charged $750 for the appraisal which took 5 weeks to get back, on top of which the appraisal company wanted another $250, which rightfully the company covered. My credit score is 720 + and the property is cashflowing , free and clear and they can't get this closed . I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this company unless you would like to deal with loan officers who will have no answer instead will just continue to drag it on. They will ask you to pay $750 for an appraisal and a $90 appraisal review fee.

This was the absolute worst company I have ever worked with. I was lied to thru the entire process. I was not contacted to tell me when closing was. The interest was raised by a point prior to closing with out my knowledge and after calling Benjamin Canrow and Ben levy the manager I was promised by email that I would receive a refund for the mistake it was never sent. Now no one will respond to my calls or emails. I would never recommend anyone use this company

I needed a loan and called the Loanguys. A representative by the name of Edan assisted me through the process. He was professional, knowledgable and extremely helpful and always made sure to answer all my questions. He followed up with me as promised and kept me informed on the status of my application. If you’re in need of a loan, 10/10 call him.

I found these guys on Facebook and gave them a call. They are the best investment lenders out there. From start to finish they had me funded on refinance in 30 days. I was refinancing a rental property and could not go to a conventional lender. They made it happen quickly on a 30 year term and under 6% rate. The best!
