Dan and his team are excellent to work with. My mortgage application was processed quickly and he let me know exactly what my price range was for our new home. Once we were under contract, Dan exceeded all expectations and made the process easy, efficient and all my questions were answered along the way. Updates were communicated to me throughout the due diligence deadlines and I had no concerns or stress with the loan. Everything went through without a hitch and I can truly say, was the best experience I’ve ever had with a lender!

Dan and his team are remarkable!! My bank pre-approved us and 2 days after we signed a contract for a home told us they couldn't use my husband's income as a truck driver. I couldn't believe it. Dan came to the rescue. They are knowledgeable and extremely helpful and fast working. We would be stranded without them. We closed quickly and with so much ease. I have know Dan for years. He did all the financing for my wife and I when we built our first home in 1999, and when we moved to our new home in 2007, he has also done a refi for us. My wife and I have moved 15 times over the past 35 years--so we have a LOT of experience working with loan officers. A few years ago we received a raving review about Dan's 30 years of experience and how if he says something--you can take it to the bank. So, we gave him a try. We needed a $760,000 loan. We compared his rates and costs to our former loan company, who was $7500 more for the same interest rate. We also compared his loan costs to another lender (who had been referred to us by our accounting firm) who was $5000 more for the same rate. So, to say the least, we were incredibly happy with the low cost for such a great rate. The next surprise was Dan's ability and experience in helping us with our SELF EMPLOYMENT tax returns. (A lot of loan officers get de-railed by the complication of self employment income, etc). The 3rd surprise was the turn around time. I had gotten used to adding 7-10 days of extra time when I had received closing dates in the past. Dan had the loan ready to go in a few weeks--which was exactly what he had told me. Last of all Dan is just a really nice guy and he returns texts and phone calls, usually within minutes. I have since referred Dan to my brother, my mom, my kids, and other friends--who have all received loans from Dan. Thankfully they have all loved his service as well. :) So...all I can say is 'Dan my loan man' is the real deal! Give him a try. --Steve Childs

I worked with Dan on a recent refinance - to say this chap is dedicated is an understatement - i spent some of my time during the refinance overseas and Dan was available at all times via his professional and personal lines, guiding me through some nuances and helping me to get the best possible rate, with the least amount of stress. This chap knows what he is doing, and I would highly recommend him, and other members of his team (Nicole Sorensen particularly).
