Their "app" for your loan is a complete joke and doesn't even work. Has been that way now for a year. Everytime I call and ask them when it will be fixed they just say they have someone working on it. I always have issues with logging in and it always wants to send me a verification code even though I mark to not ask me again. Then you get into the website page and it says "this page may not load correctly if ... and lists basically every situation normal humans use to open it" I just want to pay my loan guys. Why do you have to make it impossible to do

I am incredibly disappointed in the costumer service provided over the phone. The company is in error on their management of my escrow account however have failed to rectify the issue after multiple calls. I absolutely do not recommend this company.

They have the worse customer service agents. They are rude and condescending. I would Not recommend this mortgage company.

Do not use this company they use tactics equivalent to scam artists, I’m not going into details but you should stay clear of them.

Everything about this company is BACKWARDS, I really don't know how to put my years of frustrations into words.. just stay away.

What an actual joke this company is... DO ANYTHING IN YOUR POWER TO SWITCH COMPANIES IF YOUR LOAN GETS SOLD TO THEM! Not only has this experience with customer service been atrocious, I have contacted a lawyer to assist in getting my money back from them. MY LOAN WAS CLOSED and they continued to deduct payment, even when I was making a payment with a new company. I had to block them from my bank to stop the deductions and now can 't get the money back. NOTHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY IS ETHICAL and from the reviews you can clearly see they don't have happy customers. I have every complaint in the books and will now go the legal route to ensure they don't continue doing this to customers who fall victim to their loans being transferred to this nightmare of a scam.

The worst customer service I’ve ever seen by any company in any industry in my 60 years. Talking to a live person is near impossible talking to the same person twice is even more challenging. Them doing what they say they’re going to do absolutely does not happen ever. Giving this company our business has been the most regretful decision We have ever made in this venue. The simplest issues become huge mistakes for them that they cannot seem to correct. When they are faced with losing a customer’s account they make it quite clear they don’t CARE. first class shysters of the highest degree that should and will be reported to attorney general.

I also hope my loan gets sold quickly!!!! My payments clear my bank before the last day of the month before it is due, but the company posts it past the 12 of the month.... They say the only way I can fix it is if I use their auto payment system. I have never had an issue with a mortgage company not posting the payment the day they receive it. I am still waiting to hear from a Supervisor - that probably will never call.

Terrible customer service. Hard to get to talk to a real person and when I did they gave me a contact email address that didn't work. Doing a very simple name change and they want to charge me over $200!! Very frustrating experience.

I’ve called once a week for the past three months while being on forbearance. Usually it would take over thirty minutes to talk to a person, sometimes you just get hung up on after 40 minutes of being on hold. Every person you talk to tells you something completely different- sometimes they say everything is all taken care of and nothing is needed. Other times everything is wrong and we need to pay our whole forbearance sum immediately. My credit score has dropped 100 points because of delinquency, which should not happen during forbearance. They just keep saying “ok we’ll fix it” but it has never happened. I have been as proactive as humanly possible but they still just said that because I declined to extend my forbearance another month that the whole forbearance has been voided and I need to pay it all immediately. LoanCare has been nothing but misleading unprofessional, and problematic since the start. The worst part is that I can’t dump them, I’m stuck until they sell me off to someone else. 0/5 stars.
