I contacted a few brokers for my refinance and Loan Factory had the best rate. The process was very smooth for me. I worked most of time with Quyen Moscoso (Branch Manager) in San Diego office. She is terrific to work with and very responsive. Nicole Dang helped me with title issue and Steve Nguyen helped me with escrow. They are all very easy to work with. You just need to make sure to contact them with their work email instead of general mail box. After closed my loan and I still had a few questions so I contacted Quyen Moscoso and she still responds my message right away. I highly recommend San Diego Team from Loan Factory.

Everything went smoothly. I was refinancing the current morgage loan for a better rate and the whole process took about 2 weeks. During every step of the process, they followed up with instantly so I know what to do or which documents so i need to submit right away. High recommend to do business with them!
