Loaf 'N Jug Lake Ave, Pueblo

Just had the most frustrating yet unethical time at this location than I've ever experienced in my life, not only were both cashiers rude but I paid double for my gas because one "accidentally" put the gas on another pump! Which I was only told after the fourth time of asking to reset the gas pump. I won't be back and don't appreciate the way I was treated at your establishment!

Seen one Loaf 'N Jug you seen em' all. Clean restrooms with wheelchair accessibility, usually with short check out lines and/or quick moving cashiers, along with a well stocked cigarette selection with $ saving specials when you buy 2 of certain brands.

Quick in, got what went for. Clerk was professional and courteous.

After I got out of work I tried to go to this gas station for red bulls cigarettes and soda but the attendant didn't answer when I hit the bell and when I tried calling the store they left the phone off the hook! Like what's the point of having a 24/7 convince store if they're going to take off or nap in the office or whatever they were doing late night. Needless to say, I was very upset that I had to drive around for 30mims looking for a gas station that was actually open. I really hope management fixes that problem soon they're literally losing business, not much but still money is money, because someone wants to get paid to do nothing.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. I frequent this location at least once a day if not more, and today i come in with a cup its a little dirty so i toss it and down size then am charged full price absurd even if i did get a new cup i buy so many fountain drinks hear you cant charge me for a refill thats awesome way to look out for the locals who spend money here everyday. Despicable

So i just went into this loaf n jug and this guy Tim called me a lier about bringing my own cup in the store made a big deal about how i didnt bring my own cup in but grabbed my 20 that i had to pay for this drink and after i told Him that i was Going to call the manager him set it down and went to look at the tapes . I just want all my fellow people who shop at this store as much as i do To know that this man had no respect. So then he went to the back Room and said that he will be looking at the tapes which he clearly would of seen that i had a cup under my arm. Then came back to the front after his coworker came up and asked he what is he doing there is a line . Continued to argue that he looked over the tapes and said that i didnt have one. So i kindly walked and told him have a nice day . That i will be calling his manager tomorrow . But not only did this store loss a costumer that was loyal to them but also lost my respect .

No stars for this store 12:30pm April 6th hateful guy rude toward this guy front of me. Loaf n Jug employee guy with glasses very hateful towards me too.employer Making people not to shop there anymore.

Friendly workers and good service, this is a convenient place.

Always having the food and drinks I need along with my gas needs as well and always polite cashiers what more could I ask for

Would give 0 stars but won't let me, wouldn't sell me smokes without scanning my ID and couldn't tell me why he couldn't just type in my b-day
