I took my ps4 in and it was in working condition. Also when you go to take games in they will only give you only 2-3 dollars. When I got my ps4 out, took it home and went to go play a game my disk drive wasn’t working. I strongly recommend finding a different pawn shop

Guns are priced like they're new and riddled with issues. The onsite "gunsmith" is somehow worse with customers than he is with firearms. I've been in a few times as pawn shops usually have a good selection on firearms and it's pitiful. Rusted rifling and barrels. Ruined extractor springs on shot guns. Blown out bores on revolvers. Ruined timings. And when you point it out the guy acts like a prick! And they're all priced like new or even over new. Haggling only knocks of a couple bucks and the guy treats you like an liar the whole time. Like it's somehow my fault he doesn't know how to evaluate firearms. And that's just their firearms. The rest of the place is overpriced crap that they somehow got stuck with. And anytime it's somewhat decent, say a Benchmade, it's again priced over new. And pointing it out just gets them to act rude. Show them the web pages showing it new in box from multiple sellers for less and they just don't care. Don't go here unless you like overpaying and being treated poorly.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered. It doesn't seem like customers are a priory here and I saw a woman rudely dismissed when she tried to ask a question. Their prices are firm and they don't negotiate or haggle on prices like other pawn shops. Went here once and that was enough to convince me to never go again. Don't waste your time.
